What We Build

Full Scope. Single Crew. One Point of Contact.

Most fiber builds stall in the handoffs — one outfit bores, another splices, a third comes back to fix it. ConLit self-performs the whole run, so the crew that puts the conduit in the ground is the crew that lights it up.

Our Approach

Built Right. Buried Deep. Backed by Us.

ConLit was founded in 2019 by people who came up out of the bucket, not out of a boardroom. That shows up in the work: crews that know what a bad splice costs three months later, and foremen who would rather redo a pull than sign off on a marginal one.

  • Self-performed scope — no daisy-chained subs to chase
  • Daily job safety analysis before a single truck moves
  • As-builts and test results delivered with the invoice
  • Restoration handled by us, so the property owner never calls you
  • Foreman on every crew with direct line to ownership

Why Primes Keep Us on the Job

Not the Biggest. The One That Shows Up.

01

Crews That Stay

Low turnover means the tech on your build this month is the tech who knows your standards next month.

02

Documented Work

Every span traced, every splice logged. You get a record, not a phone call and a promise.

03

Local Footing

We live where we build. Permits, ROW agents, and county inspectors are people we already know.

04

Straight Answers

If the schedule is at risk you hear it from us first — early enough to do something about it.

Safety & Qualification

The Paperwork Is Part of the Work.

Getting on a carrier's approved-vendor list is not a formality, and staying on it is harder. ConLit maintains the credentials, training records, and insurance certificates that let a prime add us to a job without a two-week compliance detour.

  • OSHA 10 & 30 certified field leadership
  • Competent-person trenching and excavation oversight
  • CDL-licensed operators, DOT-compliant fleet
  • Documented fall protection and aerial lift training
  • Certificates of insurance issued same day on request
